Cynthia Germanotta launched the Foundation together with her daughter, advocate and international superstar Lady Gaga. The organization is aimed at empowering young people to create a kinder and braver world. On the podcast we’ve talked about online harassment, self-care and what we can all do to better support women at work. In exploring these topics, it’s important to emphasize the power of kindness and why it matters.
