Girl Up surveyed 3500 girls, ages 14 to 19 across seven countries including the United States, to learn more about their perspectives on different topics including gender equality, mental health, global citizenship, and many more.

Based in Uganda in East Africa, Ashaba is the founder of Bambino Life Foundation, a nonprofit that focuses on promoting girl child education & empowerment, spreading awareness on children living with disabilities and helping children living in orphanages.
On the show, Ashaba will be sharing her amazing journey, from becoming a pilot and defying the odds of women in the male dominated aviation industry, to uplifting the lives of young girls through education and empowerment.
